Q: What are the payment methods available?

A: You may pay via credit card (Visa or Mastercard only) or online local bank transfer via iPay88.

Note: Your products will not be delivered until we have the payment confirmation.

 

Q: How to change my account’s personal information and shipping address?

A: Log in to your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and shipping address here.

 

Q: I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?

A: Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.

Click Submit.

A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.

 

Q: What is the product's transaction currency?
A: All transactions are conducted in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR)

 

Q: How long does the delivery usually takes?
A: Delivery will usually take 3 to 7 working days.

For same day self-collection, place your orders before 12pm, and you may collect your items on the same day from 2pm-5pm.

Any orders received after 12pm will only be available for collection the NEXT business day. Collection time will be the same, from 2pm - 5pm.

Please ensure you present your Order Number and self-identification card during collection.
